I had Ang for my lessons she was absolutely amazing, she taught me everything I needed to know and look out for, had my test with her also and felt very comfortable with her. She taught me how to park in 3 steps. She very comforting and so sweet. Definitely recommend Ang in the northeast location.
I recently had the privilege of enrolling with Driven to Drive and I must say, the level of customer service and grievance handling I experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment I encountered a misunderstanding during the signup process, the owner, Ronit, went above and beyond to address and resolve my concerns in a remarkable manner. During the signup process, I encountered a small misunderstanding that left me feeling uncertain. However, Ronits prompt response and attentiveness to my complaint...
immediately put my mind at ease. Not only did Ronit handle my grievance efficiently, but she also displayed a genuine commitment to ensuring that all her students had a positive learning experience. Her personal involvement in resolving my complaint spoke volumes about her dedication to her driving institute and the satisfaction of her customers. In addition to Ronits exemplary service, I would also like to highlight the outstanding efforts of the driving instructors, Valerie and Alex. Throughout my driving lessons and the test, they consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step of the way. Their patience, expertise, and ability to tailor their instruction to my specific needs as a driver were truly remarkable. Valeries calm and reassuring demeanor helped alleviate any anxiety I had about being behind the wheel. She provided constructive feedback and tailored her approach to address my specific areas of improvement, which greatly enhanced my driving skills. Her commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment is truly commendable. Similarly, Alexs enthusiasm for teaching and dedication to her students success were truly inspiring. She provided clear and concise instructions and took the time to explain various driving techniques and concepts in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, my experience with Driven to Drive has been nothing short of exceptional. Ronits exceptional customer service and grievance handling, coupled with the unwavering dedication and expertise of instructors Valerie and Alex, have made my journey a truly positive and enriching one. I wholeheartedly recommend Driven to Drive to anyone seeking a reputable driving school that values its customers and provides unparalleled support. Whether youre a beginner or looking to improve your driving skills, you can trust Driven to Drive to deliver an exceptional learning experience that will leave you feeling confident and well-prepared for the road ahead. Thank you, Ronit, Valerie, and Alex, for your outstanding service and for making my experience with Driven to Drive truly exceptional. And Yes I passed my test and got my Driver s License !!
Driven to drive seems to be a legitimate business. However, they use incompetent mechanics, read wil, ti fix their cars. No matter how good the instructors, their cars are dangerously Ill repaired. Think twice before using driven to drive. Their mechanic in Bristol is also a car thief! Do you want your children in their cars?!?! Be very careful with driven 2 drive.
I am so happy with my experience with this organization. Bill was amazing throughout the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not intimidating. My daughter felt so comfortable with him as her instructor. He was unable to test her, but Ashley was just as great. She passed on her 1st attempt. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Bill!!!
Horrible experience with Bill, very rude to my child and I will be calling corporate and they used a Tesla, which my child is not familiar with do not recommend for teenagers
So for starters, my appointment was at 12 PM. I sat in their office until about 1230 while they ate and talked. The receptionist was nice and bubbly. The instructors were good. The only downside is the price, you pay almost $300 to not get your full lesson or anything. I paid $255 for a hybrid lesson that was supposed to be up to an hour and a half lesson plus road test right after. On the website, it says you will be testing in a regular gas car. I believe it was a mini coop but come to find out...
you in a luxury electric Tesla. Now when it comes to driving a Tesla it is very different from a regular gas emissions car. I took my test in the Tesla so now I have no real knowledge of regular gas emission cars I would say the Tesla is much easier than A regular car because you don t have to rely on pressing the brakes or really looking out of your mirrors during the Test. Yes, I passed my drivers test on the first try in the Tesla, but I would have liked to did it in a regular Car. Besides that it was an OK place just know that you re not getting your bang for your buck.
Bill is by far one of the best driving instructors their is, If you book through Driven2drive, Ask for Bill, Very thorough through teaching new students how to drive for you to pass on your test, Thank you bill
Excellent service! Patient instructors who take the time to teach the rules of the road. They even provide a quick pre test before the official test! So convenient!
