Excellent experience with these folks. Kristie (sorry if I didn t spell the name correctly) was a delight. Personable, funny, straight forward, and efficient. We had to wait a few minutes when we came in, but only because she was trying to handle not one customer who arrived before we did, but two. She still greeted us and let us know she d be with us as soon as she could. She explained everything thoroughly and everything was scheduled. Thank you!

when you go to take your drivers test there, they dont let you use your own car that you practice manuverability in. there is no excuse for that, i do not recommend going here for your drivers test. from the reviews Ive read the incars go well, but DO NOT take your test here.

Hi there, Don was my classroom teacher and he was the BEST teacher I have ever had! My other teachers at school rarely take the time to really get to know me and help me as much as they can, but Don helped me and made sure I received a 96% on his test. He deserves a promotion!

Without 1st Choice Driving Academy I would not have my drivers license! I was absolutely TERRIFIED of being behind the wheel before my first driving course. Pam was my instructor for all four sessions and she was extremely patient, kind and understanding. There were times I made driving errors like using the wrong turn signal or driving too slow and she always corrected me without judgment. I learned how to confidently drive on roads I never thought I would drive on like the highway and country roads.I am very thankful for my experience at 1st Choice Driving Academy and recommend new drivers to this driving school.

I never do reviews but I had to for this location. I have had terrible anxiety with driving and thought I never would be able to get my license. I then decided to push myself to take a driving course to get more comfortable, but I was terrified. I did four classes, I had Dennis for three and Pam for one. Let me tell you they both are amazing!! They always made me feel comfortable and would talk me through everything. I know if it wasn t for them I wouldn t have been able to get my license!

The absolute nicest people I ve ever encountered. The staff went above and beyond what was expected to help me get my driving license. They were kind, accommodating, and very good at what they do. 100% recommend them to anyone looking for some help with passing their driving test.

I would not recommend this business. They can be nice and helpful at times, but mostly they can be unreasonable, unresponsive, and not professional at all. Poor business practices and customer service. Scheduling - they are so busy that the best they can offer is a call when something comes available. Typically less than 24 hours. Never answer the phone, call back past 24 hours is as good as it gets. Cancellation - They wanted me to physically come in to sign papers before my daughter...
Read full review took the first drive. I had COVID so did not want to bring that into their office (nice of me yea?) Again could not get an answer so I left a message. When I finally did talk to someone to explain, I was put on hold for 10 minutes so they could go back and check the voice mail logs to calculate that I was 1 hour short of their policy. Boom $75 or you dont drive. Seriously? I could have just as easily brought COVID into their office. Youre welcome. Certificate - They cant give you a certificate after your final drive. They cant mail the certificate. Again seriously? I took over an hour out of my day to drive over and pick it up, they could not find it. I was not once, but TWICE accused of picking it up and forgetting I picked it up, because they dont lose things. I assure you I do not forget a disruption of my day like that and the effort it takes for me to pick it up. My other kids will be finding a different school.

Both my kids went through 1st Choice driving academy and they learned alot. The office staff and drivers were so professional and the company is very family oriented. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a top-notch company. Extremely professional from the first phone call to the last in-car driving session. I cannot begin to express how pleased we have been. Phone calls were always answered promptly. If the calls went to voicemail I always experienced that my messages were returned the same day. Kristy was able to schedule in-car sessions within several weeks. She had the paperwork completed quickly and efficiently, and Dennis went above and beyond to accommodate for pick-up and drop-off during our sons driving sessions. We were always greeted with a smile and ALWAYS treated kindly and with respect! Thank you for your outstanding service!
