They were wonderful to work with and my daughter had a great learning experience with all the drivers she was with. There was a scheduling issue due to an injured instructor but they worked with our schedule to still get her driving time completed prior to her scheduled driving test. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience with Bicks East! My daughter took the in class driving education, and it was very beneficial. The in car portion was great and very convenient. She had a great experience driving on the roads, and plenty of maneuverability practice. They were very flexible and accommodating when scheduling everything. We could not have asked for a better experience!
Excellent customer service. Had originally signed up with a company that went out of business and Bicks East really saved the day. Helped to expedite the process and get all of my daughters classes done in a month, making sure her temps didnt expire! 10/10 would recommend! Plus my daughter loved her instructors and was sad to leave.
My son had a fabulous experience with Bick s behind the wheel. Scheduling was very easy, and Randy answered all my questions before we even got started. His driving instructor, Sydnee, made him feel very comfortable, and gave him both positive and constructive feedback in a respectful and helpful way. He looked forward to his behind the wheel drives! Bicks East was very easy to work with. Randy was prompt when returning messages and we had an easy time setting up in-car lessons for our daughter. She said her instructor was very nice and helped calm her nerves. We would recommend Bicks East!
As a pregnant Adult student who has never really driven before, we felt I absolutely needed lessons. 4 lessons later, I passed my Driving Exam and have my license . Staff was always very friendly and understanding. They worked with my tight schedule and I could always contact them for any questions. I absolutely loved all my instructors. They were very patient, on time, and super informative. Thank you Joe, Andy, and Tim!
My son s driving school experience was great. I would recommend Bicks over anywhere else in the Cincinnati area. He is driving excellently and I am confident he will pass his driving test with flying colors! Instructor was top notch as I rode with them for maneuverability portion and he was calm and relaxed and gave clear instructions.
Very easy to work with for scheduling. And they were able to work with our Saturday schedule which was a plus! They explained parallel parking so easy to my teen that she was able to nail it on the first try!
