Micheal was amazing!! I have ZERO experience with driving, so I was extremely nervous and had major anxiety. Micheal however was so uplifting, positive, much patience and such a warming aura. I recommend this driving school 100% !!!!!

Great customer service and friendly staff! Theyre great at doing their job if youre looking to get your license, or just need a 6 hour course. I would recommend Riveras to anyone I know looking to learn to drive, or just need a refresher course. Ive learned alot and look forward to coming back for more information that I didnt know.

Not worth $40 an hour. Micheal took me once & did not complete the whole hour , Chris said I drive like a Jamaican , ( I am Jamaican) so what are you saying ? Booked my road test , kept asking them to tell me when is it so I can get more lessons in. I was ignored & then texted a day before my road test that I need to have $50 & that my road test is tomorrow. Thats not how you run a business. Very Unorganized .. you guys talk to much about other people , worry about yourself. Chris needs to buy air fresheners for her car to because it always smells like cigarettes.

Michael is hands down the best instructor Ive ever had. I passed the test my first time with him where Ive failed with other instructors.

I went, got the 10 courses and passed on the first try today. They really teach you what you need to know. And if there s anything you have concerns about and would like to address (for instance I was afraid to parallel park) they will help you figure it out. Michael and Chris are very nice people I will start by saying that. Read full review talk to you while driving so it s not awkward and intimidating, it s a natural setting because more than likely once you do start driving you will have other people in your car and will need to naturally know how to handle that environment. They also won t lie to you and tell you that you re ready before you are to take the test (but I guess that also depends on how confident you are too) and if you are doing good they let you know. I ve tried other places but it always felt super rushed or like I was walking away from the lessons with less than I started with. My advice is to just be consistent with the lessons on a weekly basis and you should be good in no time. I parallel park like a pro and that was my most concern. Go there and see for yourself or call, just give them a try you won t regret it. They are very accommodating and communicative, just make sure to double check your appointment on the day of a few hours before the time scheduled. I find that it s best as there is may be a lot going on sometimes and we are all humans so even if it slipped them (which doesn t happen much) they will make time for you later on or you know if you want to cancel your appointment that would be the appropriate curtesy to give, a few hours warning. Overall, I had a 5 star experience and have recommended more people to Rivera s Driving School, they really are the best even before they got them comfy new whips in that ll keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Yahll are lucky to have Michael and Chris because they really care.

If you re an inexperienced driver this is the place to be! The instructor Mike, is extremely knowledgeable and makes the experience fun. You will not be disappointed! He helped me pass my road test and taught me how to drive on the highway shortly after. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

Everything was wrong from not teaching me 3 point turn and parallel parking until I had 2 lessons left, meaning I had to learn on my own. The driver is always yapping instead of actually doing his job. It s hard to get a hold of them on the line. This driving school did not prepare me for my road test.

Took 5 classes with another school and failed miserably took just one lesson and I grasp so much in that one lesson . I passed my road test with the help of my instructor ,thanks to my instructor for building my confidence . I highly recommend, the best in the Bronx no cap ! Bestttt

The absolute best! I took 5 lessons with another school and its was the WORST mistake! I failed my road test! Then I took one class with Michael the same day of my test and his way of teaching is unmatched! and I PASSED MY TEST!

Riveras Driving School is your best choice in your journey to learning to drive. Michael is the best instructor you could have as a student. He ALWAYS made me feel confident about my potential. He wasnt just an instructor but a great friend! On my first attempt of the road test, I PASSED! And much credit goes to his methods of instruction.
