Amazing driving school! Passed on my first attempt. Tom was a great instructor and was very knowledgeable. He made me feel confident+comfortable in my abilities behind the wheel and on the road. 1000% recommend him as an instructor. He gave great tips that I still use regularly. I come from Manhattan to Staten Island because instructor Rob actually cares about teaching you how to drive the right way . My cousin told me about him and that is why I travel from Harlem. He is patient and will let you know how you are doing in that moment. I went to another driving school where I did 5 lessons and then they automatically send me for the road test and I was not ready for it. Rob will inform you what you need to work on and he knows how to teach.
Can t thank rob enough. Took my driving test with him in February after taking lessons in Brooklyn. All it took was one lesson with him and I passed my test the same day with only five points off. He was able to point out everything I was doing that was unnecessary, as well as the things I was doing wrong. He also pointed out the bad habits I had been taught by my previous school in Brooklyn. Picked up and dropped off at the SI ferry as well. Great instructor, if you re debating which school to learn driving skills, take lessons with Rob at delight driving.

I can t start by saying how much I appreciate Rob. He really knows his stuff. He was tough but i sticked it through because I saw how great of an instructor he is. He pointed my bad habits out and worked on them through our lessons. I was able to pass my road test on the first try. I truly appreciate it Rob. Amazing! Will recommend!

I booked lessons with Delight Driving for my upcoming road test and the hours they offered worked perfectly around my work schedule. When I told Rob (the owner) the date of my test he offered me even more lessons outside the times offered to ensure I was prepared. I had a majority of my lessons with Kamila who is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She was calm, patient, and took her time explaining everything I needed to do or talking me through things I did wrong. If you ever have the chance to have a lesson with her I highly recommend it. Thanks to the lesson I had with her the day before my test I was able to pass!
I went to driver rite but I thought they were teaching me but they were just teaching me wrongly but then I got to delight driving I learn alot of new things that if I would ve not learn I would ve probably be in a bad accident. Rob is my Instructor he s very up forward
Where should I start ? I called Rob out of desperation. I took a lot of driving lessons in France (pardon my French mistakes here) and tried to take my road test a first time here and failed it. I was such a bad driver. I then called Rob. Rob was not only the best driver teacher I ever had but also the best coach I had in my life.
