My first experience with Totally Cool wasnt the best... My driving instructor whose name I cant remember (Guyanese guy w/ long hair) was horrible. He was also 50 minutes late to take me to my road test (which I failed). I took the test a 2nd time with a different car and failed again and was starting to lose hope until I decided to retake classes here with Marvin. This man was godsend! He was able to teach me the right way to drive, built my confidence, and helped me pass my test on my 3rd attempt this last Thursday. Thank you Marvin, you deserve a raise!

I definitely recommend this driving school. After failing my road test on my first try with another driving school I decided to take one lesson with this School before I retake my test. I had Marvin as my instructor he was very informative as to what the examiners are expecting you to do on the road test. By just doing that one lesson I felt more confident going into my test the next day. Am glad to state that I passed my test. Thanks to Marvin .

A great driving school that I would recommend to anyone. Theresa is a fantastic instructor as she gets you very well prepared for the road test. She gives you excellent advice and helps you correct any mistakes. Overall a fantastic driving school that made my experience very enjoyable and ready for the road test.

A huge thank you to the representative answering the phone at Totally Cool, she was a very helpful and thorough communicator and answered all of my questions with really short hold periods. I ve almost never had such a pleasant experience while cold calling a business and asking multiple unusually specific questions with follow ups about their services. I ve not had the pleasure of using the school s services in person but if they operate anywhere near as adept as Miss Norris they are not going to disappoint. I d give them 10 stars if I could!

I dont even know where to start!! I am blessed and truly grateful I am to have chosen Marvin to be my driving instructor! He is one of the BEST instructors out there. I am a very anxious person but Marvin was able to tell me exactly what I needed to hear and taught me everything I needed to pass my road test. I passed my road test on September 21!! I took the last class with him in the morning and then he drove me to the road test site. We were the first ones there and he kept repeating to stay calm and giving me all the positive vibes! Marvin-I can t thank you enough for being such an excellent instructor. If you are looking for the best instructor out there, take Marvin! You wont regret it Thank you once again!!

I don t even write reviews but My instructor was amazing! After I failed my road test twice I finally passed my test! I had practiced a little with different schools before but I took one lesson before my road test with this driving school and I feel like they were the reason I passed. My instructor was Fredo he taught me so many new techniques that I needed that no other driving schools taught me before , and I ve tried a lot of schools . This school was professional and they really do help you pass your road test ! Thank you Totally Cool Driving School

This school was great. The best part was my instructor, Theresa. She was patient with me and had very good tips. I was a nervous wreck till the day of the test, but because of her I was able to pass the road test on the first try. I highly recommend her! I was able to buy a package which included the classes, 5 hour class, the car to use and the road test appointment, which is super convenient.

I just passed my road test today and I m super relived and super thankful for Totally Cool Driving School for Teaching me all the ins and outs of Driving. Their employees are really kind and very understanding. My instructor, Marvin (shout out to him), was a great communicator with me and was very professional about everything. After the experience I just had with them, how can you not give them a 5 stars!
