Legal, intellectual, Europeans will continue to take American jobs if Americans dont value their freedom, dont take pride in their country, and dont apreciate their positions and dont love what they do. I just spoke with a rasist, unbelievable rude, and unprofessional American chick over the phone! I dare not call her a woman, because she behaved more like a barn animal over the phone, then anything else! If you actually cared about people, this position would be a great fit for you. It makes me...
question the entire company. Who would hire this chick to be on the phones with such an rude tone, interrupting, suposing what documents foreigners might and might not have. If I was of a wealthy background, and not in my single mother position, due to the lack of men in this country, I would sue this woman for the way she just told me off. She stated that she is allowed to refuse anyone she sees fit service! Im a customer care specialist, with over ten years of call center experience and you NEVER behave in this way with a customer over the phone! I also have over four years of customer retention and this chick is basically stating that her company can actually aford to refuse money. First she offended me by suposing I didnt have a social secirity card, then, on top of that turned around and told me I had an atitude!? If you answer phones, you need to learn how to apologize to customers! Im in utter shock and disbelief in the manner in which I was just treated this morning! I mean is this a professional business or a farm?! UNBELIEVABLE! Welcome to New Mexico! A lot of people talk badly about how this state is run. As soon as I moved here about eight months ago from Orlando, FL, the very first job I took here at Convergys, in Rio Rancho, I felt as if I was the only one not drunk and high on the job. And the only one who actually cared about my position and the customer. I was working towards actual resolutions and retaining customers, and my supervisors gave me wrong information to misslead customers. Whats wrong with this state?! Makes me want to open my own business one day and show the people of New Mexico, and America for that matter, what excellent customer sevice is suposed to be like!

these people are THEE real deal! i came in to finally get my license at 24 after being too scared to try to learn and i just got it today! they were super accommodating with my time constraints (i would be leaving the state really soon) and when i was like its okay if im not able to learn enough to get my license before i have to leave they were like no we can definitely get you there and they did. christina and barbara are friendly, patient, and mindful of the anxieties that come with learning...
to drive. i never felt pressured to do something i didnt feel comfortable doing while also receiving encouragement and positive affirmations when tackling new experiences on the road. they made learning to drive as painless (sometimes enjoyable) as it could be. i highly HIGHLY recommend!

My experience was amazing and informative. Christina was an excellent instructor and the best driving teacher Ive had. I went from being a reckless driver to a skilled and capable one. I highly recommend Jenkins Drivers ED to anyone who wants to learn how to drive. Its practice vehicles are wonderful, it is very helpful and it is well worth the value and time.

Yesterday was the day for my road test and thank God, I passed, and I thank these very people as well- Christina, Barbara, and LeAnn who did a great job on teaching their students like me. So grateful that it is the driving school where my husband sent me to learn how to drive. I came from the Philippines and is zero knowledge when it comes of driving, but now, with the help of these wonderful driving teachers, I am finally a licensed driver. Yayyy! I feel confident and was fearless even on my...
first 45 minutes driving lesson, that is because it feels like it is just a family member of mine or a best friend who teach me how to drive. They re just so calm, patient, and friendly and will teach you the right thing to do. This is the right and the best driving school to go. If anyone of you planning on getting your license too, enroll yourself at Jenskins Drivers Ed, take the written exam, pass your road test and be a licensed driver like me. Good luck!

I can not tell you how much better this program is than Old School of Driving. My daughter did drivers ed here and it was outstanding! Great instruction to really prepare students for the road. My nephew is taking Old School of Driving in Rio Rancho and it has been horrible horrible horrible. They just play videos. Bad communication and preparation. It s sad. I highly recommend you choose Jenkins for your child!!!

I had Ms. Jenkins as my drivers ed teacher many years ago. She is the best driving instructor - very patient and took her time to teach me the correct driving techniques. I felt very safe and knowledgeable with her teaching me how to drive.
