A big thank you to auto city driving school! Passed the road test at my first attempt! I know without your help I wont be able to succeed the test so smoothly! So many thanks to my trainer Sam and Andrew! I really appreciate your guidance. You guys know how to teach. And the staffs of this school are always nice and patient to me, they remind me my appointment every time the day before my driving session. I would recommend all my friends to this school whoever need to prepare for their road test!

For someone new to driving, I found this school to be amazing and very helpful! Fully professional and friendly staff (from front desk to instructors). The instructors are very pleasant and helpful in everything. Highly recommended for anyone with zero driving knowledge. City Auto School will make sure you learn well and pass the test on first attempt!

Overall a solid driving school. Prices are reasonable and pretty easy to schedule. My instructor was patient with me and I appreciate him so much! Definitely consider them if you need just some lessons to brush up, or want a package where they sponsor you for the road test.

I took 1 lesson with them to review before the test, and the instructor doesn t helpful at all. Rude! And disrespectful with annoying facial expression all the time. Bad English accent is okey, but they are not even to try to explain when they said. I got Ielts band 8 on Listening, I have no idea what they said. Read full review for a test!!! Even we get the road test pretty fast within 2 weeks, but we have to go to far like 40 minutes from Boston. Furthermore than that, the instructor doesn t help us anything before the test. Poor driver instructor ever! If you are an owner of this business, Please hiring someone friendly with a sense of human! Not recommended at all for anyone to get a car sponsor from this school! There are a plenty school in East boston area. I wasted my time for 5 hrs and almost $200 to get nothing.

Thank you city auto school. I passed my first road test taking 10 lessons and I want to shoutout Andrew for being a great driving coach. He s so helpful and gives you so many tips. He really trains you well before the road test so I definitely recommend him.

I think I gave this place 3 stars which is high. The score I gave is only second to the two ladies at the service desk and the instructor, because the two ladies at the service desk have a good attitude and greet people with a smile, and the instructor is also very patient, but I have taken classes with them for at least more than a thousand yuan, and I couldnt pass them. There s a lot of variety in instructor types and feedback and I definitely came out of some lessons without receiving any actionable feedback. Once I knew who was best suited for me, I just asked for Kent for all of my lessons and it worked well. Kent deserves 5 stars. He s super honest and gives legit tips about how to pass the exam.

5 freaking stars! I did the 5 class package for $330 & man it went quickly over 1 month (I did it weekly). This driving school was one of the best not only with prices but to help focus on what you need. James was my instructor & he told me every little thing the RMV was looking for and what I should/ shouldnt do while driving. Amazing experience overall! I did my last class right before my driving test and I felt so confident going into my test. I passed of course! Big thanks to City Auto Driving School!!

DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!! MOST RACIST DRIVING SCHOOL IN ALL OF Massachusetts!!!! The lady at the front desk being the most racist of all. Read full review on a refund, even though they have a no refund policy (I don t even want to address this because what do you mean by a no refund policy. What s more, what do you mean by issuing a handwritten receipt in 2024!!!) I paid $250 for 2 classes and the driving test. Called the morning of my first lesson (in severe pains) about 10hours before to inform them I had a medical emergency because I had a surgery and the site reopened that morning. When I got better and eventually went back the lady and the front desk asked me to pay a $30 rescheduling fee because I didn t call 24hrs before to reschedule. I explained to her that it was a medical EMERGENCY, which of course was unplanned. She said okay and I took my lesson that day. I came back in after my lesson to thank her then left. Fast forward to my second lesson, I got in and she demanded the same $30 again, claiming that just like the no refund and issuing handwritten receipts, it was their POLICY. I again explained to this same racist lady that we had this discussion the previous week and we were past that because I had a medical emergency. And there s is no way I could have come with an open incision site that was draining fluid and hurt as hell. Her response this time around was, I DON T CARE, it s our policy . I proceeded to show this lady the incision site in question but she was adamant. I told her to take her $30 off the money I had pain and refund the balance as I would not pay my hard earned money for someone to insult me. She was as usual adamant, insisting it s their policy We went back and forth, each taking record until she agreed to give me. Again, she insisted I sign FIRST that I had received the money ($170) before she actually handed it to me because according to her I can run away . Excuse me!!! Runaway with my money?! How can I sign when I haven t received the money? Did you issue a receipt before confirming my payment? NO! Talking about they calling the police because I insisted on getting cash before signing anything. This is the most undignified and insulting encounter I have ever had with a RACIST CROWD! They are the absolute worst No wonder no person of color ever dropped a review on their website before. I noticed but took such an important detail for granted. We all know that faux impression of an inclusive environment racist people try to make by sprinkling a person of color in their midst. Back to the $30, that does not make you racist.
