I took 6 hours of driving lessons with Mr. Ish and successfully just passed my DC road test. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the test and a phenomenal teacher. I really only practiced about 5 hours without him and was able to pass because of how good the lessons were. He made me feel confident going into the test and I would 100% recommend to everyone!

The instructors were very professional and patient when teaching behind the wheel lessons. In preparation for the road test, they do an excellent job providing the best tips and critiques to ensure a pass. I received a one hour practice before the test, which greatly improved my nerves and my performance. You will definitely pass your road test if you follow all their advice!

Teddy and Mr Ish were GREAT! I did my driving lessons with Mr Ish who was extremely patient & an excellent instructor. Teddy was my instructor on the day of my road test who reassured me that everything would be ok since I was nervous and anxious. Teddy was confident that Id pass and I did pass! I am extremely grateful for both instructors.

I cannot recommend this driving school enough! Learning to drive as an adult can be extremely stressful and at times embarrassing but Teddy and Mr. Ish were so helpful and reassuring! I had only driven a handful of times before taking lessons with Mr. Ish and was extremely uncomfortable behind the wheel, but by the third lesson I was comfortable driving, and by the time I took my road test I was confident in both my driving and parking and was able to pass my road test. If you are on the fence, take classes here!

I passed my first driving test today after been practiced driving with Mr. Teddy. I can never thank enough for his professionalism, patience and encouraging. I tried a few different driving schools before but found myself most comfortable driving with his approach and style. I felt confident with his guidance and support not only behind the wheel training but also on the test day - he was there to ensure everything was okay and I was ready for it. I highly recommended this driving school to every level of driving skill. You surely will find the best instructor here!!

This is a wonderful driving school. I recommend. Mr Teddy and Mr Ish are good instructors. I failed the test before but when I came in Dc star driving school, I had it the first time. They will tell you everything you need to know . They are so patient, understanding and compassionate. I passed my test the first time I took it with them. If you are looking for a driving school just choose this one. It will save you time and money !!!! Thank you Mr Teddy and Mr Ish.
